Critical users will face no fuel restrictions in phase 4

The Coalition Government has made changes to its fuel response plan in the event of having to impose some form of fuel rationing.
While it said moving to phase 4 was highly unlikely, the Government has tweaked phases 3 and 4 of the fuel response plan after consulting businesses and industry.
