The plan to make tourism and hospitality careers attractive

A survey found almost two-thirds of hospo staff planned to leave their jobs within a year, or were unsure whether they'd stay.

The industry plan to improve the tourism and hospitality sectors.

A tourism and hospitality accord is being set up to identify those businesses in tourism and hospitality that treat their staff well.

The accord is being developed over the next few months and is expected to be launched properly next year. It has been developed as part of the Better Work Action Plan
