The idea of the trans-Tasman travel bubble will be at the top of the agenda when Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern joins the Australian Cabinet meeting by video link on Tuesday.
Australian state premiers will also join the meeting as the two countries discuss their response to the Covid-19
