New Zealand Post’s mail delivery numbers continue to fall

As New Zealand Post announces a loss of $14 million for the 2023/24 financial year, government ministers are still considering changes to the Crown’s Deed of Understanding with the SOE.

Under the existing deed, NZ Post is required to maintain a nationwide mail network that meets minimum service
