State-level wrangles over postal votes could hold up US election

Amid shrinking chances of a win, Trump and GOP’s litigious strategy may delay inevitable loss.

Pennsylvania will likely be the state that takes the longest to call. Some ballots in the state, post-marked before the election, can be accepted up to three days after election day. With 20 electoral college votes at stake it’s also likely to be the state to tip the scales.
