The government eyes action on build-to-rent projects

Officials said a $100 million fund could help support the building of 1,000 to 3,200 rental units.

The government is considering what else it can do to encourage more build-to-rent projects after it rejected advice from officials last year to establish a $100 million fund to do exactly that.
