Ports of Auckland failed to communicate bad practices in safety case - Maritime NZ

Ports of Auckland could have avoided a worker's fall by properly communicating that his actions represented a safety hazard, Maritime NZ says.

The council-controlled organisation pleaded guilty to safety charges last year after Neil Bower, an experienced stevedore (cargo worker), fell 15 metres
