The Blenheim-based seafood business was purchased by interest associated with Anna and Luigi Muollo.
The company had an active social media profile and engaged in culinary and other events until 2020.

Richard Nacey and John Fisk of PwC New Zealand were appointed as receivers of Cloudy Bay Clams Ltd and associated firms Cloudy Bay Holdings Ltd, Cloudy Bay Marine Ltd, and Cloudy Bay Seafood Ltd in
