Coldplay and Pearl Jam concerts helped boost Auckland's hotel rates for the first time this year.

Auckland's average daily room rate bounced to $329 during the third week of November, on the strength of three Coldplay concerts which helped push occupancies to their highest post pandemic levels.
The Coldplay events, which saw 150,000 fans of the London band head to Eden Park from November 13-16,
