‘Discernible’ shift in prices, with return of first-home buyers
Builders who have kept their heads above water through the past two years, are starting to ramp up new home builds, says Signature Homes.

Signature Homes chief executive Paul Bull says the new home market continues to “bump along the bottom” and is likely to do so for the remainder of this year, although there are green shoots from first-home buyers.
