Hotel Indigo could follow record $180m Intercontinental sale

Auckland’s newest upmarket hotel, Hotel Indigo, could be the next major hotel brand to be sold after the city’s five star Intercontinental was packaged off to Singapore hotel group Hotel Properties for $180 million this week.
That was a record price tag for a city hotel, just ahead of the $170m
