Commercial realtor Jones Lang Lasalle expects large commercial property deals to hit $2.7 billion this year, roughly doubling the $1.4b transacted to June across 73 sales.
To date, $249 million has involved offshore buyers, equating to about 17% of purchases above the $5m level.
