Infratil exits ANU student accommodation ownership
Infratil was unable to build on its strong start to investing in purpose-built student accommodation in Australia, so has opted to sell.
Infratil has conditionally sold its 50% share in an Australian National University student accommodation portfolio concession to AMP Capital for $A162 million, making a tidy profit.
Infratil acquired its 50% share of the then 30-year concession for nine, on-campus ANU student accommodation
