Investor group buys Du Val BTR assets for $27.1 million

A consortium picked up the 171-unit Auckland portfolio out of statutory management for less than its $35 million valuation.

Private investors in the Du Val build-to-rent fund have paid $27.1 million to extract the fund out of statutory management.

NBR understands most of the original 31 investors, who invested in blocks of $250,000 as limited partners in the fund, have kept their money in the BTR entity.
