PFI sweetens dividend guidance after bumper half year

Dedicated industrial and logistics investor has 11 Auckland projects in play and a pipeline of investments at about $325m.

Property for Industry shares tracked up by a couple of cents in early trading to $2.27 today, after the company upped its full-year dividend guidance to at least 9.05 cents a share.

Dividends were at 4.4cps at the halfway stage for the listed industrial landlord, on the back of net rental income,
