PwC, lawyer fees on Du Val fund a ‘holy s***’ moment for investor

An investor in Du Val's build-to-rent fund says he had a “holy s***” moment when he received the latest statutory manager's report this week, with the fund's bank balance whittled down from $1.16 million to a closing balance of just $96,357 by the end of November.
