Westwood Group, owner of the Steamer Wharf precinct in Queenstown, has snapped up the Ponsonby Central retail and hospital hub.
Commercial realtor Colliers announced the completion of the transaction on Tuesday and while no price was disclosed, it's understood to have come with a "ballpark"
