The company behind a 86-home property development in Rotorua has collapsed, owing its offshore lender just over $28 million.
Roto Whare Ltd, which was directed and owned by Marcus Jacobson, appointed Waterstone Insolvency’s Damien Grant and Adam Botterill as liquidators on December 5.
