Seascape tower: White knight found for white elephant
Vertical build specialist Icon Construction has moved onto site at Auckland’s tallest build, after almost a year-long pause and a four-month due diligence process.
The 56-storey Seascape, still destined to be Auckland’s tallest residential building.
Icon Construction, the newly appointed lead contractor on the troubled $300 million Seascape Tower in downtown Auckland, has started preliminary work at the partly built residential high rise.
