Diggers have finally moved on site at the NZ Super Fund's multibillion-dollar Beachlands South planned community, with earthworks extending initially to 37 hectares, or a fifth of the 'live-zoned' area for the proposed development.
The full scope of the project is ambitious, covering 255ha of land
