Vital Healthcare Property posts big loss on back of revaluations

But an 8% increase in cash earnings is a better measure of performance, the specialist healthcare landlord says.

Specialist healthcare landlord Vital Healthcare Property Trust has reported a $152.4 million loss for the year to June, on the back of a large revaluation of its property portfolio.

However, a better indicator of performance is its adjusted funds from operations (AFFO), which rose over 8% to $73.3m
