Whale Oil blogger Cameron Slater and lobbyist Carrick Graham are being sued for defamation by three public health researchers.

Professor Doug Sellman from the University of Otago, Professor Boyd Swinburn from the University of Auckland and Shane Bradbrook have filed proceedings in the High Court
