Publisher in high-profile custody dispute bankrupt

An Auckland-based publisher involved in a bitter four-year custody dispute over his son has been made bankrupt.

High Court Associate Judge Roger Bell recently made an order placing Bruce Rennick Laybourn into bankruptcy on an application from Trustees Executors.
