Rakon returns to profit but doubts cast over sustainability

Rakon has returned to a small first-half profit but there is some concern from shareholders as to whether this can be sustained.

The Auckland-based maker of quartz products and crystal components posted a profit of $908,000 in the six months to September 30, from a loss of $5.7 million a year
