Rakon shares move up on Taiwan investor deal

Investment expected to benefit both crystal part makers.

Rakon [NZX:RAK] has a new Taiwanese investor which the company hopes will boost its fortunes.

Siward Crystal Technology, a Taiwan crystal parts manufacturer, has plugged $US10 million ($13.9 million) into Rakon, which will use the cash to reduce debt, which was at $22.8 million on September
