Complainants who said a real estate agent told them leaks in a roof had been fixed and gave the wrong information about a boundary have had their complaint upheld. The Real Estate Agents Authority (REAA) upheld the complaint of unsatisfactory conduct against Allens Goode Leith Realty manager
