Concerns have been raised over the Auckland Council’s “high risk” $70 million project to lure more super yacht boat builders to the city.

The 20ha Hobsonville Marine Industry Precinct (MIP) in west Auckland, also known as Yard 37, is being developed by the council’s property company Auckland
