Resource consents for Solid Energy's $60m Cypress mine expansion still valid – High Court

An environmental group has lost a High Court bid in Christchurch to stop Solid Energy from using resource consents the group claims have lapsed for the Cypress mine, which would extend the Stockton mine east and into the Upper Waimangaroa permit area.
