RNZ welcomes $4.5 million funding boost but TV not on horizon

RNZ has welcomed a $4.5 million funding boost, describing it as a down payment on bigger increases in the future.

As well, RNZ gets a new $6m innovation fund to commission content, in collaboration with New Zealand On Air, from independent production companies.
