Self-confessed bank swindler bankrupted
Malcolm Duncan Mayer, a property developer and mortgage broker who confessed in a Sunday paper to defrauding Westpac out of $50 million, has been bankrupted by the bank.
Mr Mayer’s bankruptcy was supported by another creditor, Trustees Executors.
