Serepisos bankruptcy hearing today
Terry Serepisos will be fourth on the bankrputcy list this morning at the High Court in Wellington.
Embattled developer Terry Serepisos will face another attempt to bankrupt him this morning in the High Court in Wellington over about $5 million owed to Canterbury Mortgage Trust.
The bankruptcy application was adjourned last month to give the Wellington Phoenix owner more time to discuss repayment arrangements.
At that hearing South Canterbury Finance joined the process as a supporting creditor.
According to court officials, the matter of Mr Serepisos is fourth on the court list for bankruptcy hearings beginning at 10am before Associate Judge David Gendall.
