Serepisos fights bankruptcy process as lenders lose faith in WGA
Embattled developer Terry Serepisos will try to fight off the introduction of bankruptcy proceedings against him and one of his companies in Wellington’s High Court at 2.15pm but his plan to repay creditors with a controversial offshore loan has lost favour with lenders.
