Sky TV communications director Kirsty Way says an investigation is underway after her company's Twitter account blocked NBR on Twitter.
After I questioned Sky about it on the social network, yesterday, Stuff picked up on my tweet and turned it into a story.
Ms Way says it's not clear what happened, and only three accounts were blocked.
I'm guessing it was probably a junior staffer going off the reservation – because for all its issues as a company (and boy there are a lot to discuss), censoring or backing away from criticism isn't one of them. I've also always found its managers happy to front up (though yesterday, events weren't helped by the fact CEO John Fellet had just accused the media of bias).
Anyhow, @TheNBR has now been unblocked, and life goes on.
