Smales Farm has announced the appointment of Paul Gunn as Chief Executive Officer.
Mr Gunn will be tasked with leading Smales Farm through a period of transformational growth, that includes development of the Farm's new 65,000sqm business and lifestyle precinct and innovative B:HIVE building.
Smales Farm Chairman Ian Braddock says that Mr Gunn has a diverse range of skills across the property industry and the Board is delighted at the appointment.
"Paul's focus, drive and passion for the industry will help us realise our strategic objective to create a world-class innovative, sustainable and interactive urban community on the Smales Farm site. He has a proven track record of motivating those around him and delivering results and we're excited that he will be leading Smales Farm through this phase of growth," Mr Braddock says.
Mr Gunn has more than 18-years experience in the wider property industry and is currently General Manager Property at Tramco Group, where he manages several major portfolios. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from Auckland University and has previously held senior roles at William Land Limited, and law firms Russell VcVeagh and Bell Gully, where he specialised in property and construction law.

Mr Gunn will take up the role in October.
