South African-based global pharmaceutical and nutritional company Aspen Holdings has bought a 50% shareholding in Auckland-based infant formula manufacture NZ New Milk.
Aspen supplies nutritional and pharmaceutical products to more than 150 countries. It has 26 manufacturing facilities at 18
