Tactical voting hurting smaller parties, Horizon poll indicates

The smaller parties are being hurt by tactical voting, a poll by Horizon Research indicates.

Its survey indicates that just under half of ACT supporters actually cast their vote for National, while a third of Green supporters vote for Labour.
