Shares in dual-listed mobile engagement firm Plexure have been trading up around 9% this afternoon after announcing a deal to acquire Australian transaction platform provider Task for A$120m (NZ$125.5m).
Once the transaction is complete, Task chief executive Daniel Houden will be appointed
