The Telecom board has started the search for a new chief executive to replace Paul Reynolds.
The Telecom board announced today that it has commenced the recruitment process for a new chief executive.
Current chief executive Paul Reynolds signalled at the end of August this year that he intended to step down once Telecom was successfully established as an independent company post-demerger.
“The board understands the importance of moving rapidly to recruit a new chief executive to lead the business forward in a post demerger environment, and to that end has already commenced the chief executive recruitment process,” said Telecom chairman Mark Verbiest. “We will consider internal and external candidates.”
Telecom's head of corporate relations Tina Symmans left the company's executive team on November 30 - but remained a director of the charitable Telecom Foundation.
