Tree-felling developer’s jail appeal fails

Controversial developer Ee Kuoh (Augustine) Lau had his prison sentence appeal dismissed in the Court of Appeal today.

Lau was sentenced to two months and two weeks' imprisonment by Judge Mark Kellar in the District Court at Auckland on January 24 for the destruction of native trees.
