Entities related to Auckland developer Geoffrey Hodgkinson are continuing a court battle over unfair apartment contracts.
However, Mr Hodgkinson has voluntarily liquidated one of the entities and a liquidator’s first report says it owes $2.3 million, with about $1.4 million owing to Inland
