By the end of the weekend, this undercover study of how men - and women - look at you from behind was close to 4 million.
That's good news - or at least good publiclity - for the Rear View Girls, aka Aucklanders Reanin Johannink (a one-time Shortland Street bad girl) and reality TV star, voice-over artist and singer Jessie Gurunathan.
But just when NBR thought NZ's biggest YouTube sensation since LonelyGirl15 had been born, an industry rumour spread that Colenso BBDO Auckland is behind is behind the video, contrived as a viral campaign Levis.
That's just ... not so fun.
