UPDATED 1:45pm: Auckland property developer David Henderson’s creditors proposal is a win-win situation for his creditors and Inland Revenue, his lawyer Daniel Grove argued today.
Mr Henderson is attempting to get High Court approval for the proposal, which the IRD opposes on the grounds
