Valuers in disarray over bank-dominated valuations
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has written to the Australian government about the shortcomings of a bank-dominated valuation system.
The main trading banks, led by ANZ, are proposing a similar clearing house system for New Zealand to the consternation of many valuers.
