Vector exits windfarm stake

Auckland energy distributor Vector has exited its investment in NZ Windfarms, operator of the Te Rere Hau wind farm near Palmerston North.

Vector’s 22.1% stake, amounting to 63.7 million shares, was sold for $6.4 million to a range of buyers arranged by Forsyth Barr.
