Wellington based director Alan Isaac has been appointed chairman of Wakefield Health.
The board said today that, as foreshadowed, current chairman John Calder is stepping down and added he has tendered his resignation as a director effective from October 19.
Mr Isaac has corporate governance and corporate management experience and was previously the chairman of KPMG New Zealand for 10 years.
