Businesswoman May Wang, frontwoman for Chinese investors who have signed a conditional deal to buy the 16 former Crafar family farms, has again had court proceedings delayed in relation to her failed property and hotel business Dynasty Group.

Wang has pleaded not guilty to three charges under the Companies Act brought on by the Ministry of Economic Development: one charge of failing to keep proper books and records, one of failing to provide information to the liquidator and one of leaving New Zealand without advising the liquidator.

A defended hearing has been scheduled for December 2 and a status hearing, when any preliminary matters can be dealt with, will be held on October 14.

Wang also faces a separate set of charges in the High Court for failing to pay back creditors after the Dynasty Group collapse.
