Hubs are everywhere. Problem is, they aren't producing anything.
I try not to be cynical, I really do, and in this case, I am quite sure I shall be accused of being negative toward a “great tech initiative” but a recent article in the New York Times on New Zealand as a tech hub read as a thinly veiled advertisement and lightly touched on some significant issues.
