West Coast station with hydro, native timber assets to be sold offshore

Foreign buyers are eyeing a slice of the West Coast that has consent for hydro-electricity generation and red beech forest milling.
Waikiti Downs Station, a 1543ha property 50 minutes from Greymouth, has been on the market for two years amid pressure from secured lenders, including ANZ
