The profile: a BCom majoring in accounting, 9 years experience in accounts administration tasks, lending and credit analysis, and credit management across several sectors (property, corporate, banking)

The salary: Between $100,000 to 125,000, according to Madison Recruitment chief executive Simon Bennett’s estimate.
