Whitcoulls creditors offered 3c as administrators bill $3.2 million
Whitcoulls unsecured creditors, owed $21.5 million from the failed book business, will this week be encouraged to accept an offer of just 3 cents in the dollar, from administrators who billed the company millions.
The offer comes as Australian-based accountancy firm Ferrier Hodgson revealed
